What is NDIS Community Participation NSW?

NDIS community participation is nothing but a support under the NDIS scheme to empower individuals with disabilities to actively participate in communities. We focus on helping NDIS participants to actively engage in communities under community participation NSW. We also focus on enhancing independence and developing new skills through various activities.

This support is funded under the core supports category and enables NDIS participants to participate in activities like social groups, pursuing hobbies, volunteering, and attending events. Support workers will assist with transportation and provide guidance during these activities. We ensure NDIS participants engage confidently in various activities.

Our goal is to foster inclusion, promote personal growth, reduce isolation, and allow individuals to lead fulfilling lives within their communities.

How can we help in community participation services?

We at Above and Beyond Carers help you in engaging in social and recreational activities. Our services are personalised to each person’s goals and interests. We encourage independence, confidence, and a sense of belonging. We have trained support workers to assist you with local events, offering guidance and transport as needed. We ensure safe and enjoyable experiences for participants. We promote social inclusion and community participation by helping participants learn new skills and build relationships.
